Wars of Destiny is a cross platform real-time strategy game. It is currently in a major building stage but looks to be a great game coming, with a gathering server, map maker, and single/multiplayer support planned. If you would like to contribute any help it would be surely accepted. As WOD grows through its development please come back to see the improvements and we hope you enjoy the game once it is completed. A static version with the required libraries (SDL Mixer, SDL Image, OGG, SMPEG) is available for download.

Warsow is a standalone first person shooter for Windows and Linux. It is under the GPL and based on the 3D Engine Qfusion (a modification of Quake 2's engine). It offers eSport oriented FPS, fast-paced gameplay focused on trix (trick jumps) and the art of move. It offers a complete Power-up System including Weak and Strong fire mode for each weapon. The graphics are in a cartoonish style with celshading-like_but_not_Manga style, mixing dark, flashy and dirty textures, matching the action full of fun and speed. The game got some of its inspiration from titles like Quakeworld, Quake3 CPMA, Jet Set Radio or Speedball.

Upon entering the game you land from your transport and establish your base. Here you conduct research, design and manufacture vehicles, build new structures and prepare your plans of global conquest. If the game goes badly you'll end up fighting last ditch battles here to defend your base from enemy attacks.

Combat is frenetic, with extensive graphical effects and damage to the terrain and buildings giving rise to flying shrapnel and boulders. Within the game are many different structures and vehicles. From an initial Command Centre, you then go on to build Resource Extractors to provide fuel for Power Generators, which in turn supply energy to Factories, Research Facilities and weapons emplacements to protect your base.
