Feuerkraft is (or better: 'will be') a 2d top-down tank battle game. You will be able to control many different kinds of vehicles, change them or simply walk around with your own feet. The game will provide a story driven single player mode with some simple adventure like elemets (rescue somebody, talk to people, collect a key, steal a car, etc.) and in addition it will also provide a multiplayer mode which will be something similar to the game 'Firepower' or 'Return Fire', which means basically defend your base against the enemy. There are also plans for providing cooperative multiplayer missions.

The mission of the FIFE project is to create a cross platform game creation framework. Exact engine feature list changes over time, but the following lists the main guidelines for development * Games can be created with combination of engine, editor tools, game specific scripts and game content (e.g. maps, graphics and sounds). * Framework is not tied to any type of game (e.g. RTS, RPG), but instead provides flexible platform for all of them. * Framework supports different isometric views with addition of pure top-down view. * Instead of full 3D flexibility, engine focuses mainly on using high quality 2D graphics. This puts less demands on target platforms and also simplifies the framework and game development. * Purpose of the editor tools is to help to bind the game content with the engine and scripts.

The game is set in an imaginary universe where fearless pilots fight to the death with their futuristic vehicles. Gameplay lies somewhere between the Mechwarrior-series and Quake 3. It is faster and more action-orientated than in Mechwarrior, but tries to avoid the 'jump-around-like-crazy-and-fire-at-everything-that-moves'-gameplay known from Quake 3.

Fight Win Prevail is a pure multiplayer game and does not have a real singleplayer mode. Our primary target are LANs, but the game is playable over the internet, too.
