Bomns for Linux is a fast-paced multiplayer deathmatch arcade game using SDL for its graphics and sound. It's gameplay is best described as "old-school," as it is based on the ever-popular text-based Bomns franchise. The players traverse a level (either random or created with the included level editor), picking up powerups and trying to destroy each other. A frenzy of keyboard-tapping will surely ensue. Grab a friend and give it a shot.

Here's a rather good Boulderdash clone, with a net-wide highscore list and even a Java version (I played the X version). It needs to make a network connection to the server in order to retrieve the levels. There's even a teamwork mode which I haven't tried.

The goal of the game is to win all the chips from the casino. At the beginning of every level the gambling-table is filled with different chips. There are many types of different chips, bonuses, and other tricks that will entertain you all the way through the game levels.
