Net-o-Grama is a networked anagram game, which can be played by up to 4 players, but playing alone is also supported. Currently the server and a terminal (ncurses) based client for Linux is ready, but a graphical client (sdl) is coming soon.

This means it allows multiple people to draw on the same canvas at the same time. The feature set of netBrush includes a variable sized canvas and paintbrush and airbrush tools, changing brush size, hardness, color, opacity, etc. is also possible. You can also record and play back events send to the server as well as manipulate them, for example to scale up an image.

netBrush is based on SDL and doesn't use any external widget libraries, so it should be reasonably portable. In addition to the base SDL library netBrush also uses scons, SDL_net and SDL_image.

This is the biggest of all the roguelike games. Descend to the deepest levels of Gehennom to retrieve the Amulet of Yendor, while acquiring weapons and magic and building your character's skills. I highly recommend the X11 version, which uses a custom font and better graphics. There is also a version which uses the Qt toolkit for X11, which is quite pretty. Falcon's Eye is a mouse-driven interface for NetHack that displays the game in high-res, isometric, light-source shaded graphics, yet retains all of the game features.

This is a one floppy disk live system to play nethack on any PC you may encounter but be unable to install nethack on. Play nethack at work, school, university or at your friends place without leaving a trace. Savegames are kept on the floppy as far as the 227k free space will bring you.

nethack-el is a port of nethack to emacs. nethack is the age-old and famous dungeon exploration game. nethack-el still requires nethack, but emacs handles all the key presses and output.
