Game Homepage
Two cars, a ball, a goal and a goalkeeper... but reality is magnetic and fuzzy!

Gillo is a two players game in a virtual reality environment. Players are cars, moving inside an ellipsoidal playground trying to catch a ball and throw it through a goal. The goal is placed in the center of the ellipsoid and is as long as the mimimum diameter. The goalkeeper tryes to catch the ball before it reaches the goal.

In order to catch and fire the ball, players have an orientable magnet with invertable charge. To make things tricky, powerups are spread randomly throughout the playground allowing gravity inversion, field rotation and other funny effects.

Additional System Requirements: Binary release requires SDL-1.2 and OpenGL. To compile from source release you'll net Ode and Plib too.

GF1 is a computer program for playing the 2 player boardgame GIPF

GF1 is a computer program for playing the 2 player boardgame GIPF. The program has a nice and easy to use graphical user interface. You can play against another human (but the real game is better for that), against the computer, or let the computer play against itself. The computer player is good enough to beat even the best human players at the moment (but it doesn't always win :-)). The faster you computer, the better it plays. But even on a pentium 60, the computer can be hard to beat.

"Gish isn't your average hero, in fact he's not your average anything.. see Gish is a ball of tar. A Sunday stroll with his lady friend Brea goes awry when a shadowy figure emerges from an open man hole and pulls Brea into the ground below. Following Brea's calls for help Gish suddenly finds himself in the subterranean sewers of Dross, a long forgotten city filled with twisting corridors, evil traps and some of the most demented creatures imaginable. With his gelatinous structure as his only means of defense Gish must follow the echoing cries of his damsel in distress deep into the earth bellow. What freakish creatures dwell in this subterranean land? Who is Brea's captor? And just how far down does the rabbit hole go? Life isn't easy when you're a 12 pound ball of tar... "
