Xmine is an implementatin of the classic Minesweeper game which looks exactly like the version for that other popular windowing system. The binary, which has Motif statically linked, is a whopping 840k stripped; there's not much bang for the byte here. As minesweeper games go, I think Xdemineur is a better deal.

Game similar to tic-tac-toe. You play against computer on 10x10 board. Both you and opponent place signs (yours is X, and computer's is O) on the board - one at a time. The goal is to make a line of 5 signs before your opponent. Lines can be horizontal, vertical or diagonal.

Xodometer is an odometer program that tracks the distance your cursor and your pointing device travel. Sure, it's totally useless, but I think it's pretty cool anyway. The interface could use a little color, though.

Xoids is another asteroids game for X. It's similar in feel to the original wireframe xasteroids, but with color pixmaps, better animations, and details such as realistically sized asteroids and engines that can overheat. The two-player cooperative mode is interesting: the two ships are linked with an elastic cable, making maneuvering an interesting experience.

This game is similar to the old arcade game Qix. The point is to use your cursor to fill in regions of the screen while avoiding the red balls; block in three-quarters of each screen to move on to the next level, where there is one more red ball to watch out for.
