Anoraks of Doom is part one of a trilogy called The Anchovy Trilogy. It is a console-mode (320x200) CRPG along the lines of Bard's Tale. The user-interface is difficult and unintuitive in places, the graphics aren't spectacular, but there are dungeons and towns and blacksmiths and healers and everything you'd expect in a RPG. There may even be a plot. Character advancement and the combat system are unlike any other system I've encountered, and the hex-based grid is downright weird. But at least there's an automap.

Arkhart is a strange world in which humans and insectomorph creatures called "Daphyrings" live together. Every part of the world has been created from scratch, so it isn't another D&D-style roleplaying game. In the single player mode, one will need to solve a lot of tightly linked quests, in order to help Delshest IV keep his Snattalian Empire.

Our goal is to provide both a multi and a solo version, even through we are focusing on solo right now.
In the multiplayer version, the game master will finally play an important role : he will choose a list of quests, or create new ones using Ark editing tools ; he will ensure that the difference of level between the players isn't too big at the begining of a game. During the game, he'll be able to add monsters or to play non-playable characters, in order to adapt the difficulty of the quest to the skills of the players.

Arkhart uses/develops the Ark engine, which provides edition tools, a 3D client, and scripting facilities for the server. Any help in any field (graphic, programming, scenaristic background) will be gratefully accepted.

Auteria is a fantasy world within our real world. For more information about the background of the many lands within Auteria, please look, what Thorne tells about it.

Auteria is still under developement and in an Open Beta stage.

Right now, you can choose between 3 characters when you enter Auteria. When you arrive there, you are able to develop the skills of your character. There will be more skills, more lands, more quests as the game is developed.

This is a Nethack distribution that has been modified to allow configuration using the familiar 'configure' command. Editing of source files is no longer necessary. Some of the more popular graphic packages are being integrated, such as the Gtk2Hack project.
