Civil is a wargame simulating battles of the American Civil War.

Civil is a wargame simulating battles of the American Civil War. It is turnbased and playable by two players over a network . Units are of company scale (~100 men). Civil is no regular Command & Conquer clone, but concentrates on the strategic part. The game features good graphics and a friendly user interface.
