YanC
Game Homepage
Tool for changing nVidia-specific settings YanC or "Yet another nV Configurator" is a small tool which you can use to change the nVidia-specific settings (almost) as easily as with the Windows-drivers. You can edit the settings for the AGP-Support, the Cursor Shadow, the nVidia-Logo, for Digital Vibrance Control and, of course, TwinView. Furthermore, YanC offers the possibility to run your OpenGL-applications (e.g. games) with your favourite settings for antialiasing, anisotropic texture filtering and vsync to blank without difficult command-line operations. If you're intimidated by setting environment variables or editing your XF86Config file, give this tool a try. License: free

YAWn! Linux
Game Homepage
Client for the YAWn! Wolfenstein player tracking service YAWn! Linux is a client for the YAWn! service which keeps track of the names used by Return to Castle Wolfenstein players. Players are tracked by their unique PunkBuster GUID, thus players can not hide behind a fake name to play reckless or purposely misbehave. YAWn! adds a console command to Return to Castle Wolfenstein that lists all players like PunkBuster does, but additionally displaying the other names this player used before, or for players that use YAWn! themselves, the name they registered under and a taunt message they chose. Additional System Requirements: YAWn! Linux requires at least GLib 2.2.2, GTK+ 2.0 and libcurl 7.10.0.
