Description :
 Free stand-alone game based on the Q3A source release. OpenArena is a free, GPL stand-alone content project based on the Quake III Arena source, much similar to Open Quartz. OpenArena is a deathmatch game also including "Capture the flag" mode, and a "tournament" mode. Weapons range from a gauntlet to a BFG10k. Binaries for GNU/Linux and Windows are available, as well as engine and game source code. (which is barely modified) License: free |
